Terms & Conditions

Draft website terms

These terms are a starting point for the pre-launch website and should be reviewed before paid bookings are accepted.

Bookings

A website booking request is provisional until confirmed by First Aid One. Course places may be subject to payment, learner eligibility and any applicable qualification requirements.

Changes and cancellations

Final cancellation, transfer and refund terms should be inserted before the site is used to take paid bookings.

Course information

Dates, times, venues and course details may be updated. Awarding-body and certification wording will be published only when confirmed.

Affiliate referrals

Bookings made through an approved affiliate link may carry a referral discount and may generate commission for the affiliate. Affiliate arrangements are governed by the separate Affiliate Terms.
